Why I want to leave FNB

During the first week of Dec13 I received a call from the loans department regarding my last payment on my personal loan. I told them that I'm continuing my standard payment of R1620.38, even if there is about R200 left for the next month. Also, that I didn't ask for the 2 payment breaks in January. After about 20min, all was ok.

The following week, the same happened. I told the person about the previous week's call. I was informed that nothing was noted on the system. After a of fight I told him that everything can be deducted on 26Dec13 (salary date and debit order date).

My salary was paid earlier on 19Dec. Immediate R1620.38 was deducted. Shortly after that I got a SMS stating "This message serves as a reminder for you to make a payment of R1704.51... Please respond immediately or we will have no choice but to list you fit the Credit Bureau. Please call Sam on 0875777546..." I phoned "Sam", but there is no Sam. I'm furious! I told the person the whole history. Nothing was noted. Outstanding amount was R240.21. Deduct everything!

1. R1620.38 R240.21=R1704.51?!
2. 19Dec is NOT 26Dec!
3. Tried to complain, but
a. Nobody available,
b. Departments keep passing the buck
