Good day,

I am not happy with you guys at this stage, I took out a policy in September 2010, I have just been advised that my policy is in arrears for 2 months. Meaning that in 2010 I did not pay my premiums as per your consultant in Bloemfontein, I fail to understand that for the last 3 years I have not paid my premiums and if something would have happened you were going to decline my claim because of the oustanding amounts.

Does this mean that I have not been covered for the period? if not covered please refund all of my premiums for the last 3 years and if I was covered write off the outstanding.

I hope to hear from you shortly as your call centre is not answering calls.
