ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC service

I took out the loan in Oct 2012 & was told the d/o had to be 23rd of each month. I told the lady assisting me (Duduzile) as well as the branch manager who authorised the loan, that it is going to be a problem because my salary date is the 25th (which they confirmed with my employer). I only got paid earlier in Sep because of the p/holiday. Duduzile said as soon as I get paid on a later date, I just have to bring that month's bank statement (not 3 months) showing the salary date being later than the 23rd, and they will gladly change it. So it happened that in January my salary was paid on the 25th. Capitec tried to deduct the 23rd, and when they couldn't get anything, they took all my Capitec savings! When my salary was paid in, they took the full payment as well, in other words they got almost a double payment! I took a bankstatement to the branch, but was told they don't deal with it and can only forward it to H/O, but I should have an answer within 2 days (which I to date don't have). Now Friday 22/3 I again got the sms that they couldn't get payment & took all my Capitec savings. Why hasn't my d/o date been changed!? I'm really concerned for the effect on my credit record...
