FNB's advertising campaigns are absolute. I've been trying to open a business account for approximately 4 months and I've faced nothing but problems.
From losing my documents, to incorrect details, to problematic systems, to branches that couldn't help. I am unable to access Internet banking and the branches cannot do anything except tell me that I have to wait for them to call me. Who is "them"?
FNB is terrible and I will not recommend them to anyone!
