I was contacted on the 27th December by Fadiel who was extremely pleasant and great to deal with telephonically. He discussed with me that he was authorised to negotiate a settlement for the hail damage claim that I had lodged with Auto & General. At first I was hesitant, as I am sure most people are, and I just wanted my car repaired. He explained the delay this might cause due to multiple claims currently in the system
Long story short I accepted his offer and was paid out within 2 days as agreed, it was my pleasure dealing with an efficient organisation and a well equipped and experienced consultant.
The additional money this time of year is also well appreciated.
