I would like to thank Auto & General for their professional, high standard service delivery. They go the extra mile to assist their customers. This was for me a very new but wonderful experience. On the day of the hail storm in Pta East, my car was one of the damaged cars from the hail. I reported the incident to A&G. They responded to me immediately but saying I did not take my car in for evaluation so am only covered for third party. that meant I needed to fix the car at my own cost. I then wrote a letter to the A& G team explaining my situation and that I need their help, I submitted an evaluation done 3 weeks prior to hail damage, which was done by a Mercedes dealer in Menlyn. I emailed both the evaluation and letter. Shortly thereafter, Samiksha contacted me letting me know that they are looking into the matter, they will try help me. Indeed a few days later asked me to get a quotation of the damage from a panel beater of my choice, I took it there. They quoted me, I then emailed the quote to Samiksha, she sent it to a hail specialist to look at it. A few day later the full amount quoted into my bank account. This for me was true service.
