Claim still not been actioned since last year Nov

I logged a claim on my vehicle due to hail damage last year November already, to date I have had no response.

I was given a reference number last year and the operative told me that the"hail" damage department would be in touch with me to schedule repairs, it is now February and I still have had no response.

What am I paying insurance fees for every month if you do not keep up your end of the agreement??
