I have emailed Ms Naidoo a few times to ask for the report from the second builder who came to assess my property. She has not responded. I went to the Auto & General website and lodged a complaint and have had no response from Auto & General. Regarding my claim, numerous other builders have attested to the fact that the damage to my property is in fact resultant damage. People are amazed that Auto & General are not assisting with this claim.
