Firstly I am sorry for only writing this report know! Darren working for Auto and General Claims department is a great asset to your company. I submitted my claim in December 2012 regarding a burst pipe and the damage it caused in out house during our vacation. The same day my claim was paid into my account. He actually responded by saying it is because we are good valued customers of Auto and General. He was professional and understood all the trouble we had at that time and had the necessary compassion which customers need at that point of time. Great service Darren!!!
