As a client I would like to express my gratitude with the manner in which my recent insurance claim was handled by both the assessor Riedewaan Samuels who is an assessor at Auto & General as well as Blikkies Du Plessis who is the owner of Automagic Bellville.
i recently had a bit of a mishap with my wife's vehicle. i contacted my insurance co who lodged a claim and i had to take my car in for a damage assessment. The assessor Riedewaan was professional and knew exactly what my needs were and it was done with great speed that i even received a call 2 days later to inform me that my claim was authorized.
When i took the car to Automagic i could not believe when i was contacted 3 days later to inform me that my car was ready for collection. Now that is rocket fast super efficient service from both my insurance co as well as the guys who repaired my car.
i highly commend and thank Auto & General for their service they gave me. As for Automagic Bellville---you guys rock!!!
