I frustrated about the inconsistencies applied by your claims consultants.
Client Craigb@ complimented Auto and Gen for resolving his hail damage claim by offering a cash settlement due to high volumes at the repair centre.
I have requested a cash settlement / or a panel beater of my choice to repair my vehicle. But got told that I have to take it to the selected repair centre which will only take place on the 5th of march 2014. no other options...
