Outsurance service is lacking

My car got hail damage a while back. Since that incident, Outsurance has been a nightmare!

First of all, we moved to a new town as my fiance got a new job. I am currently unemployed. Outsurance decided then to INCREASE my premiums since I do not have a job! They promised an amount telephonically and then charged me a higher amount. When I asked them about this, they said they can't do anything about it even though they told me the wrong amount.

I took my car to Huson - an Outsurance approved panelbeater. They told me 2-3 days. 5 WEEKS later, my car is still not repaired. There are still hail marks, the door mechanism didn't work, the panels didn't align, there was excess paint between panels, paint drip marks, "fish eyes", the plastic inside the car is now badly damaged etc. They said that the door frame isn't part of the door (though it's one panel) and Outsurance didn't authorise it. I asked Outsurance to call me back, and guess what. In their usual fashion, they ignore any requests for call back. This is not the first time. My car is now a mess and Outsurance refuses to help me.

I am so disappointed in Outsurance - their service isn't at all what they advertise!
