I had a accident with my car in March this year. Outsurance jumped in and arranged everything with professionalism and speed. My car was assessed and send to panelbeater within a few days. Got my car back and have been enjoying driving her without any problems. All in all very happy with the service from Outsurance and their apponted assessors and approved panelbeater. I had no problem paying my excess because of the good service I received. And then got a phone call from Outsurance Legal department today and was told that my excess has been recovered as well!!! Outsurance for the win!
