We were unfortunate enough to have to make a claim on our Mutual & Federal policy due to a break in. As per the usual insurance industry standard, I expected to be given the run around, and the usual requests for piles of paper work to be completed, copies of long thrown out invoices and the like. I can however say I was pleasantly surprised when the claim (submitted by web) was quickly and efficiently handles. An assessor called Kennedy came by, took some pictures and commiserated with our story. The next Monday we had a call from a local electronics store and were able to replace equipment.
First time Ive ever had reason to comment positively on an insurance company. Well done M&F!
