Outsurance does not care about their clients

Outsurance assigned HJ Bosch to repair my brand new Audi A4 2L TDi SLine (3 days old). The repairs are atrocious and they caused additional damage. My car ended up with damaged wiring, cracked water bottle, white paint (car's red), chipped paint, defective door - possible structural damage, accident damage not repaired, paint is darker and rough in areas, some areas aren't painted, circular scratches all over my car. An Outsurance assessor inspected my car and was stunned by the damage caused, he even identified faults that we hadn't seen. He was also concerned about the safety of the car in its current condition. I'm too scared to let my son sit close to the back door.
What is Outsurance's response, send it back to panelbeaters to be repaired, the same panelbeaters that caused additional damage. They cannot confirm my car won't have any structural damage if repaired again. They cannot tell me how paintwork will be repaired, only said they cannot re-spray the whole car. How can Outsurance expect me to have faith in the panelbeaters; or expect me to accept a car with additional damage? I was told my car will be exactly the way it was when I bought it, that's the BIGGEST LIE.
