I would just like to say a MASSIVE THANK-YOU to Outsurance, I had a terrible mixed up with them regarding a payout for hail damage to my car afew months go and the minute I complained and let them know I wasn't happy, I received a call and e-mail correspondence. The problem was sorted out and Outsurance was there for me and kept to their word. I then again had another satisfactory outcome with them as I recently turned 25 and one of their competitors called to to say now that I had turned 25, I should be paying less premiums. I called outsurance to find out if this was true and my premiums were lower. The competitor company called me back and was shocked when I told them I am staying with outsurance and not changing over to them, simply because outsurance showed me the true value of good CUSTOMER SERVICE. * HIGH FIVE TO YOU GUYS*
