DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!

WHAT A JOKE!!

We are outsurance clients with our household and two cars covered. I had an incident in the parking lot, where someone damaged both right side doors quite bad.

NOW outsurance says that I must submit TWO separate claim and therefore pay TWO excess amount, as I cannot prove that this is the same incident!!!

But wait that not all, if you claim one door at a time, the quote is less than the excess so then they decline the claim.

Its RIDICULOUS!!!

Why do I even pay for insurance then, I really ask you!

Anyway I WILL find another insurance broker and will tell all of my friends and family what a JOKE you are!!!
