FIRST NATIONAL BANK EMPLOYES incompetent staff

I opened an account with FNB on the 28th of Sep 2013 at Bracken City Branch with Prudence- after 45 minutes and filling out the debit order switch form I then started to move my portfolio over. The requested debit order switchs were not done after the said 6 weeks & all my debit orders bounced. Going from branch to branch they advised that Prudence did not request the debit order switch and that FNB is liable for my charges dye to this. Taking in a statement from my other account FNB throw thier hands up in the air, change the story and make me wait around like this is my fault. FNB you are liable for these charges, also to clear my credit record & to offer the service you advertise!!! SINCE I HAVE SWITCHED TO YOUR BANK AFTER BEING WITH NEDBANK FOR 10 YEARS I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT ISSUES...
