Debit order query

My name is Themba Willie Mashele, residing in mahube val ext24, no 6365 mosebo street. On 22 october 2012, I went to fnb hatfield branch, where I requested them to switch my salary and my debit orders.
The person whom was helping me was Eva Kekana, she promised me it can be finished by month end.
At the end of the month nothing happened. The following month my salary was switched but the debit orders were still with my old bank (nedbank), all my debit orders bounced and nedbank was charging me R115 per debit order, and it was eight of them.
I felt it was not my fault and I went to hatfield branch to tell them to pay for the charges, on the day I spoke to Marissa van der walt, she promised me she was going to make a motivation to debit order switching so they can pay me. I tried to make a follow up on the matter and she told me they were not going to pay me as it was my fault.
please help me as I am stuck with this problem, and I can not afford to pay what nedbank is charging me because of fnb.
