My account was blocked on 1st of February because they thought there was activity with a withdrawal I made at a atm I always go to.it got resolved on the 2nd of February.later the same day it was blocked again.with no electricity at home Wich I needed to purchased by taking the balance I had in my acc I called the department I spoke to.they did not give any apology or empathy.they couldn't help me and transferred to a department that was closed.
I'm again dissatisfied and upset about this. I'm looking forward to cancelling my 6year account.?
this is not exceptable.
