INCONVENIENCED DUE TO LACK OF SERVICE

On the 2/2/13 i received a sms stating my debit card was expiring, on that same saturday i ensured i went in to a branch as above so that a new card could be issued so i was not inconvenienced at any stage when wanting to perform transaction. The telller i did not get her name but on my i.d you are able to see who atteneded me that saturday, she was clearly aware everything was to remain the same and it was merely a card swop on your instruction to me. I have needed to perform a transcation on my money builder account which is not on the atm as linked on list of accounts! you only have my savings acocunt on? i have been inconvenienced as i was not able to access this account and require this activated form your side today! i do not have the time to go into a branch to get this error from your side fixed and this needs to be fixed today i need this acocunt accessedf today before end of business, should be required to have to go into a branch to fix your error it will be to move my account to more comptenent bank . i want a call from a manager today still please confirming my moneybuilder account is now linked on your side, refer to my id no
