Account closed FECA without any notification

On Friday the 14th of June, my account was blocked due to feca, this i only realized due to the fact that i tried to transfer money to one of my suppliers. i had to phone in to find out my account has been blocked due to feca. Absa never phoned or email me regarding this, to warn me about a deadline for this to be done. I couldnt withdraw money or make any necessary transfers. Which made my day extremely difficult as i had to pay suppliers. I then went on Saturday to Northgate ABSA at 11:15. i spoke to a lady at the front desk, and she informed me that she would be able to help me, i forgot my proof of residence in the car, and I told her i just needed to go fetch it and i would be right back. when i got back at 11:26. the bank was closed. I tried to explain that I was busy with the lady at the front desk, which now was no where to be found. I can now only go on tuesday to sort this out seeing as monday is Youth day. How can asba just block your account like that? without any notifications. i just want to say that i am extremely upset about this. i have had enough of the poor service that i have received from absa bank. I will be moving my account to FNB. GOOD BYE ABSA
