I am truly upset with the kind of service I have received at the bank. I've opened up a super save account and I can't get access to my money, I recently found out that my account has been blocked without any notice. I've been calling the past 3 days, my calls are always being put on hold and I'm always transferred to one person to the next... this is unacceptable because I'm always told that they are qualified agents but the agents I've spoken to have not resolved my problem. nobody seems to know why my account has been blocked. I am sick and tired of being put on hold and being transferred to agents that can't seem to resolve this matter.
