Unfair Treatment

I recently opened an account with Edgards and made my first purchase with in on 19 January 2013. The teller who assisted me made a mistake and together with her supervisor, reversed the transaction. I paid close to half the amount owing at the end of January 2103 as part of my installments. On the 10 February 203; I went to the same Midrand (Boulders) Edgards shop to buy a few things using my account but when I got to the tills, I was informed that my account had been blocked and was instructed to go the the in store customer support desk. The agent at the customer support desk said my account had blocked as I had made purchases of mode than R2000, which was not true at all. On further scrutiny, she noticed that the figure was also including the mistakenly entered transaction which were reversed. She said for the block to be removed; they had to contact their Department. A lady at the Department I was put through asked for my ID number, gross income and said I should re-apply togther with a 3 months'bansk statement and payslip! I then said I will rather close the account and I paid up the balance only to be told that I still needed to talk to the department for my
