Good day,

As we all know, with the storm damage that happened in Johannesburg on the 28 November 2013, the insurances has been busy. Our house was broken into 19 December 2013. We have been corresponding with Paul Janse van Rensburg since the claim occurred. I have asked him several times to acknowledge receipt of the mails that I send him. On the 31December 2013, I once again needed to follow up on my claim as I have not gotten a response from him. Lindie Buckle responded afterwards and said that she is dealing with the claim and that some of the documents, case nr etc Paul has not captured. I sent the particulars to her asking her to acknowledge receipt thereof. She has not responded nor acknowledged the read receipt report. This morning when I phoned her, she was rude and made out that because she is attending to my claim she is doing me a favour. FYI, it is not a favour and I am paying for a service. I am not complaining paying my installments a month. This is unacceptable and I need to consider changing to a Insurance company that has customer service.
