Kathleo Mathotha handled my claim. Excuses like my email is not working and I don't know what my email address is was used by her when I asked why she did not acknowledge the receipt of my emails. this was after I received a read and delivery receipt.
Then Kathleo told me that my claim ahs been paid, 4 working days later phoning the call center I was told the claim has not been paid as she did not submit all the documentation that I sent to her, the documents she acknowledge she received.
I think the service was horrible and would like to know what's going to happen to improve this.
