I previously had my insurance with FNB and then auto and general took over. In decemeber I was charged 2 amounts for insurance (R800 odd and R148). Then in January i get charged R1230 and R290.
When I called the helpline, I was told that it is annual adjustments. How can these "adjustments" result in a 100% increase in costs?
