Storm damage claim-12/077242

My house was hit by a storm last year late October or early November. I opened a claim with Standard Bank Insurance for such. Since from then my claim has not honoured instead I had several Assesors from the bank. I am spending endless time on the phone to bank and Assessors regarding my claim without any hope of execution. My directly contact is Mr. Dikgang Mosime who is the second Assessor from the bank allocated to my claim. Mr. Mosime came to my house on 8 January 2013 to re-assess the storm damage and promised to expedite my claim but to no avail. Yesterday, 24 January 2013 after leaving various messages on his mobile phone 083 251 41 33 without any response or returing my calls and speaking to the bank office staff to get a feedback on my claim I decided that it is enough and my patience with Standard Bank has run out. As of this morning after I again phoned both Mr. Mosime and the bank office responsible for my claim I am however, not convinced whether the bank can delivery on their promise because of my experience on this claim. Please help!
