Dissatisfaction with the handling of my claim

I was in a car accident on 30/06/2013 and i reported to my insurance on 1/07/2013. The initial person i spoke to was William, he provided me with a claim number and promised that i will get a call from the courtesy car people which never happened until I sent a follow up e-mail.upon receipt of the courtesy car, i was informed that i have use of the car only for a week and will extend to a month subsequent approval of my claim. At this stage i was still waiting for my long awaited response from William re: the state of my claim. I made several calls and sent an e-mail to William asking abt the status of my claim and received no response. I then decided to drive to their offices on12/07/2013 and upon my arrival I was met by Shaldon Hanilal who presented himself as the team leader (William was apparently on leave). I then asked Shaldon about my claim and he said that the insurance won't pay because of the judgement they found on my name which they claim i didn't disclose. I requested the recording when i took the insurance, I haven't received it. I hv been paying them every month, thus it means according to them I hv not been covered from day one. Why did dey nt check b4 taking my money?
