No response on a building claim

I submitted a storm damage claim in November 2013. About a week later an assessor came out to assess the damages to the pool and to the entertainment room. Since then, we have had no follow up call, nothing. On Monday, the ENTIRE ceiling in the entertainment room COLLAPSED!!! My contents in that room is valued at over R50 000!!! We sent an e-mail to the manager and to the insurance mailbox with pictures of the damage. We get a read receipt but no one bothers to give a courtesy call or bother to acknowledge the mail. We have been calling the call centre claims number numerous times and no one answers. Messages have been left as well. This service is PATHETIC!!! Now apart from my contents damage, my security is at risk!! Really DISGUSTED with the service. I need a contractor out URGENTLY!!!
