Double Debit in one month on my account

I am very upset, this is the second time African Bank is taking a double debit without my consent, they send me a sms earlier this month informing me that they will debit my payment early this month not knowing if I would have money in my bank account, that debit went off on the 13th of December and again this morning another debit. This is unlawful practice, it is the second time this has happened, and it always seem to be coupled with public holidays, this is as I did not agree and no where in my contract does it state that they can take debits the way they want to. I tried to reason with the call centre but they are so rude and put me on hold just to come back and say they can do nothing about it. Please don't get retrenched and have a African bank as they retrenchment insurance also seem to be none existing, and all these double debits don't apparently get taken into consideration as everytime I phone they say I am 5 months behind and they never make it less but is quick to take the money unlawfully. I have paid my account without fail for the last 2 years but still they help themselves to my hard earned money the way they want to. PLEASE FEEDBACK ON THIS.
