Lost of International funds!

I transferred R3200 from my New Zealand account to Capitec on the 17th of Dec, I have called their call centre twice, mailed their customer care email adres twice with no success as the money has not cleared and it is the 31st of Dec 2013, I have volunteered the approval codes from my bank in NZ (ANZ Bank) to confirm that the money has been deducted by Standard bank in South Africa, which is the bank all the international transfers from New Zealand goes through, yet no one at capitec knows where my money is or is able to point me into the right direction to find out, how can the money just be lost without a trace? I have spoken to evette and Lee at their call centre, and they have not a clue as to what to say or even try to help me sort this out. I will have to put a trace on this tranfer which will cost me NZ$ 100 just to find the money, this is absolute madness, makes me wonder why I even bother sending money to keep my account open. Can anyone help me with this matter?
