Someone transferred all my money into her account

My name is Lindiwe Qwabe, last year 14 December 2013, someone withdraw all my money from my account (salary bonus). I went to Capitec Bank the following day to find out what was going on, they told me that it shows that I transferred money from my account to her account using mobile banking, she even bought Airtime from different networks using my money, I told them to reverse the money but they told me that she already withdrawn all the money from her account, which I thought she is also Capitec's customer,

Capitec Bank have all the info for this lady, they also confirmed her name, since they take finger prints for customers when they open new account, I hope they will be able to assist me, I need money to pay off my debts which I didn't pay for December. I even opened a case with police but I'm still waiting. I will be happy if you can assist me.
