I have had a business account with Nedbank since 2010/2011, I have had all my business transactions done with them and paid for fees that I did not agree with but did not query. On 29/04/2013 I applied for an overdraft facility on-line - SUPPOSED TO BE HASSLE FREE!!! NOT WITH NEDBANK. I spoke to them on 02/05/2013, they gave me a reference number and told me someone would get back to me... STILL WAITING.

In the mean time, I am being charged hectic amounts for transacting ELECTRONICALLY which is supposed to be cheaper. I PAY HUNDREDS OF RANDS every single month yet they fail to call me back for a simple overdraft facility. TELL ME YES/NO I can accept it but to keep quiet and hope that I will go away when I pay so much money every month, they have another thing coming.

A NOTE OF ADVISE!! THE other banks are giving E-BUCKS rewards for using the electronic facility - NOT Charging me, they charge less than R200 flat rate and give you a few transactions free. Add to that, when you log on to their site and click apply, their system can automatically pick up what you qualify for. NOW That is hassle FREE!
