I was incorrectly debited in December 2013. I have called numerously and have not been assisted,
I have been pushed from pillar to post. I was shouted at and i was told i did not pay my accounts when they debited me incorrectly.
I was promised a refund which has never materialized and the service and promises i get from the managers at FNB name Pokiso, Sakiwo and Sandile are even worse than the consultants.
WORST SERVICE EVER.
I WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE TO FNB AND LOOK FORWARD TO MOVING MY BUSINESS TO A BANK THAT CARES.
