Disgusting and irritating

Today I received a call advising that my loan is in arrears, i advised the guy who called me that this is starting to irritate me cause I paid the amount from internet banking to the loan account. I even called the call center to confirm that all is in order and a double payment wont be deducted on the 13th December 2013. Now I go onto internet banking and check my account and on my banking portfolio it shows that I have R 2901.90 in arrears. What is this about now when all is in order and I had the audacity to pay the loan my self to avoid this and to keep my credit profile up to date. Is this what you call service. One regrets ever moving business to your institution as now MY credit profile will be affected. I require this to be fixed and get your accounts up to date as this is unacceptable. The guy who called me today (called from 0114408375 at 11:41) advised that he will call back again to let me know what is happening until now (16:27) I have not received a call and still waiting for an apology for inconveniencing me and causing me frustration.
