I am at my wits end with a credit provider who are absolutely useless. I have a FNB personal loan. I called your contact centre (0875750091) on the 10 December 2012 and spoke to Innocentia. She confirmed the account was up to date, sent me a letter saying so and advised that my ITC profile will be updated accordingly. When I checked with Experian this morning they advised that my FNB loan was in default on their systems for R17049. I called your contact centre again today and spoke to Tshepang Ndou. She was adament that my ITC profile could not be updated REGARDLESS if I was making electronic payments to keep my FNB loan up to date, unless I loaded a debit order. I find it difficult to understand if I am making electronic payments timeously to keep this account up to date, why is it that my profile cannot be updated!!
