Today I had the most disturbing service ever. This morning I receive a notice from my bank that my monthly installment for my loan has been paid. Then exactly 5-minutes later I receive an sms saying that my account is in arrears with the amount that has been debited. Around 12:30 I receive a phone call from someone in the call center saying that my account is in arrears.
Payment date for this account is on the day of my salary, which is today, so how can someone be in arrears that by 5-minutes. There is people out there that does not pay their accounts for months or even years on end and they don't get these distressing phone call. Which causes a lot of stress to especially someone that is responsible towards financial commitments.
I am sure that this misunderstanding will reflect on my credit record as poor, but I will not leave it like this. Go listen to your tapes of the day I agreed to this loan.
Capfin has just lost my business with them in the future and I will tell everyone I know about this shocking service and disturbing incident. If I had a choice I would pay this loan finish tomorrow and never do business with you again.
