First National Bank
No ebucks due to system down

I went to Engen Chatsworth who don't link their POS system to Petrol so no ebucks there, spent around R460 there, then on my way to JHB, I went to Engen by the Vaal on the N3 and their FNB system is down so had to pay cash there so still no ebucks for R300, I don't get fuel spend on this, who is to blame here, FNB or Engen?
Also I should fall into rewards level 2 but no I'm still in level one, I'm sure I had had 9500 give or take points the previous month, how is that my points didn't change that much since then, I have nowhere to even view these points???
