In October 2013 I got a mail saying the insurance on my laptop is gonna increase from something like R50 to R79.99. So I called the call centre, I can't remember who I spoke to unfortunately, and at that time the lady helped me and canceled my insurance and assured me that I don't have to do anything else. In december I check my statement just to see that I'm still getting debited for the device insurance that I cancelled. So I called the call centre again. This time around I was told I never cancelled it but they are gonna look into record just to make sure. Haven't gotten any feedback since.
Before I cancelled it, I could log in to internet banking and go to insurance page and see the brokers information. After I cancelled those information disappeared and to this day there is still nothing displayed on that page.
Please sort this out!
