When applying for my smart device one of the factors which made me consider the offer from FNB was the low insurance premium on the device I was looking to get from them.
At that stage it was only R42 a month. The sent an email about an increase I did not read the full email thinking that its probably an annual increase as any other insurance of about 7%-10%.
When I checked my bank statements its seams they are now charging R79 for the same insurance... This seems like daylight changing the price with so much at one time..
FNB you have just made me an unhappy customer :(
