My eBucks card is useless

Hi there,

I have wanted to enter the Ebucks competition while paying for petrol at Engen with Ebucks, but each time I do so I am so incredibly frustrated that I wish I didnt try in the first place.

Each time I swipe my ebucks card, which has plenty ebucks in it, it gets bank declined. I have changed my pin code twice but these changes never work when it actually comes to swiping the card. Once you have inputted the pin 'incorrectly', the whole system bombs out and you cannot use the card and I end up having to use normal money to pay for the petrol.

I regret ever trying to enter this competition in the first place because it has caused me nothing but frustration and inconvenience.

I really was excited about it until I had the above experiences everytime.
