Regarding fuel rewards for Ebucks Customers! On your website it's stated as follows:
"You can fill up at any fuel service station, but you must pay for your fuel through the service station pay point - you won't earn eBucks if you pay for fuel at the convenience store at the service station"
I phoned Ebucks last week to find out why I'm not receiving rewards for my fuel purchases using my Gold Cheque Card, I was told it's a problem on FNB side and they'll ask them to contact me. To date I still haven't received a call back. Today I contacted FNB Call Centre to find out what is happening, I get told firstly that this is an Ebucks problem, but they will find out about the problem I'm having. I now get told that the only way to earn ebucks rewards on fuel purchases is to go to any Engen Garage!!!
I know that you can only spend your ebucks for fuel purchases at Engen, but at no stage have I ever seen that you can only earn at Engen.
I suggest you change your website rules for fuel purchases or reward your customers correctly!!!
