This is to confirm that finrite has taken 2years and still pending payment after i was retrenched in 2011, firstly my required documenation was lost that was sent through directly from the edgars store, no correspondance or phone was received notifying me that me documents was lost or incomplete. Receiving no bill statements from edgards i was under the impression that my account was settled only to receive a call from lawyers informing me my account was handed over, i called edgars and they informed me finrite did not settle my account, i called finrite they informed me my documentation was missing i went back to the branch and got them to re-fax the documentation and they further requested a notification letter almost a year after i was retrenched, and i was unable to obtain that notification, this service is pathethic, no customer service, no feedback when ever i call the call centre agents confirm the account will be paid and to date nothing. i have been promised over and over again and just false reports and false confirmation of account payment. Now i have been handed over and no one seems to care that i have being affected as the consume
