Hello, our house was detroyed by hail storm in november, roof, ceiling, geiser, wall, patio tiles, plumbing pipes and window were damaged, std bank accessors came and contractord came and told us that they will come before chistmas to fix the plumbing and they will fix the rest next year as there list for damaged houses is long and they put a tent over my roof which is now falling and we still can't use the bathroom, I contacted std bank last sunday and got an email that a consultant will contact me within 24 hours, I'm still waiting, we had a horrible xmas thanks to standard bank, we pay insurance every month but they fail to help us in our time of need, this was a natural disester theu should have treated this with urgency and this is how they pay us back for being loyal customers, they can't say contractors are closing when people have nowhere to sleep! They should put their clients first! I'm very sad I'm living in a slum andhave no one to turn to! Mpho
