Dishonesty and incompetency

My internet banking got blocked so i went into the bank in sunninghill to reset my profile, they have reset the profile and today on the 26/12/2013, i logged on trying to make urgent payment but its not allowing me to because my sms authorization is not active on my internet banking, which im furious because when i went to re activate my profile, this should of being done (incompetent), . so then i decided to call the call center to see if they can do anything... firstly the call center agent has no knowledge. THEN SHE ABOUT HER NAME AND GAVE ME A FAKE REFERENCE NUMBER FOR THE CALL. thereafter i insisted to speak to a senior and i spoke to lovemore, he gave another reference number (66324385) and when i asked him who`s Rachel and the reference number (66324217) that was given by rachel, he responded be saying who`s rachel, tjhere`s no rachel here and when i gave him the reference number he said there is no such number... i cant believe that such a big bank have employees that lie, its really disgusting the level i received all round, i have being with nedbank for 20 years and now im thinking to change banks, I HATE and incompetency
