I cannot understand why Nedbank has blocked my account, i am extremely upset with their manner of dealing with things! i phoned the call centre and asked why they blocked my account and they said because of inactivity. this is where i really am confused how could my account possibly be inactive when all my transaction go through that account on a regular basis! Nedbank you have really messed up! Today icouldnt complete the tasks i had to do because of your incompetence! when i asked for my account to be unblocked i was rudely told to go to the branch! if your agents have no ettiquette on the phone then they shouldnt be employed! Please note Nedbank that i will be closing my account and moving all my transactions! and if you must Know i will be moving to FNB! where rates are cheaper and AGents are much friendlier. So thank you for your pathetic service you have scored FNB a new cllient! now thats making things happen!
