Opened an account @ foshini wonderpark 23months back, tried using it and it was blocked without my knowledge and was not informed that the account will be closed 6months prior to my contract being blocked for what so ever reason. Some of the call centre agents need training on how to handle clients and learn to be patient, also they should learn to sing one song!
I Got vouchers for my account and yet i cant use them because im blocked without any means of communication to inform me of any kind of blocks that will take place after openning my account.
