EVERYTHING that could go wrong, did

I booked 6 days for my boss and her wife for their honeymoon. I specifically said it was their honeymoon, to please fix room accordingly.

1. They get there, the room is catered for one.
2. No arrangements in the room.
3. Their laundry gets done and it stained all their whites since EVERYTHING was washed together.
4. Customer service is lazy, manager never returned mine or their phone calls.
5. They offer restaurant service downstairs and don't mention food takes an hour to get to the room and it'll be COLD and a 15% tip is added for 10 steps to the restaurant to the floor to be delivered when it could be collected.
6. They get a surprise bottle, flowers, and chocolates and prices are visible. The letter congratulating them is addressed to someone else who is neithers last name.
7. The rooms weren't properly cleaned, it smelled humid.
8. They ask reception to scan an ID (obviously back and forth and only do back and it was to be used as proof of purchase.
9. A lady at the desk is extremely rude about the Internet and they are given breakfast vouchers with other room numbers and names.
10. Manager, where are you?

Should I go on?
STAY AWAY FROM HIPPO BOUTIQUE as our clients will.
