I am beyond disappointed I the service I've received from standard bank. I made an incorrect payment from my account on sat at about 3. I call the contact centre to stop the payment who then give me a number to call today (now Sunday) at 8 that will be able to assist. After calling at 8 and being transferred to a million different people I have still not been helped.
This money can still be reversed and I wouldn't have lost or can still save losing my R2000. I urgently need someone to assist me!!! Today.
